The Vendor Client relationship - in real world situations
Fortunately these days I work with some great clients and haven't had this happen in along time. But I am sure anyone in the creative field can relate to this video.

Omg, that is too funny but it also made me angry because it's SO TRUE. Anyone that has ever run a service agency has had this kind of discussion with a client at least once in their lifetime.
I think it's also a wakeup call to service providers that need to be more upfront with their costs. Part of the problem is that the client often doesn't know what they're being charged for and what gets rolled in.
