Doodle promises to tackle these and other scheduling challenges by creating simple polls: Everyone 'votes' on the dates and/or times they're available. This Web-based app is a snap: After you set up your poll, you're given a link to e-mail to the participants. After they vote, you can see which dates/times are the 'winners.'
