Symantec Security Response - OSX.Leap.A
OHMAGAWD!!! A real live Mac OS X virus!
Now hold on, before you freak out, look at the Symantec site explaining how it works.
It spreads via iChat, which hardly anyone I KNOW uses! So you have run that program and then hit YES to recieve the file into your machine. From who it doesn't say...
But then you'll actaully have to doubleclick on the file and let it expand! THEN you have to doubleclick the file to open it and start the virus!
So several steps along the way, you have to agree to all this to happen. Even Symantec doesn't warrant this virus as a huge concern!
